Venezuela Supporters Demand A Stop to United States Interference In Its Internal Affairs
Recently published reports in The Intercept and teleSUR, based on a top-secret document provided by National Security Agency [NSA] whistleblower Edward Snowden, detailing how the intelligence agency gained large-scale access to Venezuelan oil company, Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. [PDVSA] internal computer network and successfully targeted top executives for electronic surveillance; has garnered international outrage.
President Maduro called the U.S. espionage, conducted in part from its embassy in Caracas, “vulgar” and an “illegal action in light of international law.”
